PRS CE 24

Bought it to compete with my all-time favourite, a Les Paul Studio. It comes close, but to me it still lacks a bit of the “balls” that make a Gibson or Fender so compelling. Those guitars are not afraid to expose their character — the imperfections, imbalances, and rough edges become part of their signature sound.
By contrast, the PRS feels incredibly balanced, precise, and refined. It’s responsive, well-made, and highly predictable, which makes it easy to trust. But that same polish can also make it sound a little boring to me. With a Gibson or Fender, you usually get what you want, but there’s also a sense of unpredictability that can take your playing somewhere unexpected. The PRS, on the other hand, is so controlled and even that it rarely surprises you.
That said, when it comes to playing comfort, Gibson and Fender are nowhere near PRS. In terms of ergonomics and playability, this is the most comfortable guitar I’ve ever played.
